Creating design plans to suit either a single room be it your kitchen, lounge or your whole home, providing inspiration and detailed drawings to illustrate, room layouts, colour schemes and specifications.
HOME MOVER'S PACKAGE...
We will visit you at your home and discuss ideas of how your property could be altered to appeal to the wider market. Using estate agent plans we will prepare a sketch layout to show these modifications to show to prospective buyers. In addition, we can provide a 3D visual to further demonstrate the scheme.
SKETCH DESIGNS...
Using plans provided by yourselves we will produce 2-3 layout options showing variations on how your home can be enhanced. These layouts are not to scale but will give you a good indication and ideas as to what your home could achieve.
PLANNING APPLICATIONS...
We will measure your property and create accurate plans and elevations, using these to produce feasibility layouts for your consideration.
Following discussions we will then develop your preferred scheme, creating the drawings and paperwork to submit the relevant application to the local authority.
Further to this we can provide building regulation submissions and detailed design to assist you with moving forward.
NEW BUILD
PROJECTS...
We will visit your site to gain an understanding of your proposal. We can advise on local requirements and restrictions.
Following this we will develop options for your site to suit the brief.
Liaising with yourself we will progress the preferred scheme, creating drawings and relevant paperwork to submit the appropriate application.
As above we are able to help you progress the scheme further enabling a smooth process from design to completion.
